Stamp Duty Calculator — QLD

Calculate transfer duty on property purchases in Queensland.

$

QLD FHB concession: no duty on homes up to $700,000; concession to $800,000

Foreign buyers pay an additional 8% AFAD surcharge

How It Works

The calculator applies Queensland's Office of State Revenue transfer duty rates using their sliding-scale brackets. First home buyer concessions reduce or eliminate duty for eligible properties up to the threshold. The AFAD surcharge of 8% is added for foreign purchasers. The result shows total duty payable and the effective rate.
