Frequently Asked Questions
How many pizzas for 10 people?
Rule of thumb: 3 slices per adult (light eaters) to 4-5 slices (hungry adults). For 10 people with large pizzas (8 slices each): 4 pizzas for light eating, 5-6 for hungry crowds. Add 1 extra for safety.
Is two medium pizzas bigger than one large?
No! This is the famous pizza paradox. An 18-inch pizza has about 254 square inches of pizza. Two 12-inch pizzas have about 226 square inches total. One larger pizza gives you more pizza than two smaller ones because area scales with the square of the diameter.
How much does pizza delivery cost in Australia?
Domino's and Pizza Hut charge $8-$18 per pizza (with frequent deals). Gourmet pizzerias charge $18-$30. Delivery fees are typically $5-$10. Value picks and bundle deals are usually the best bang for your buck.
